Practiceo
Centralizing and facilitating the patient's health journey

Context
Practiceo is an online platform for managing patient-practitioner relationships in French-speaking Switzerland, available since 2015: appointment management, fee tracking, medical questionnaires, health monitoring and messaging.
The project focused on the patient-side experience: finding a practitioner, booking appointments, medical analysis, medication management, coordination across multiple practitioners — a journey that can quickly become complex and fragmented.
